Short Bio

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the LS3 lab of the Ryerson university where I work on projects related to Semantic-enabled Social Network Analysis. During my PhD studies, I focused on the identification of social media users’ interests based on their individual and collective behavior on social networks especially Twitter. My work on this area has been published in top information retrieval venues such as CIKM, ESWC and ECIR. I have also done some industrial work on this area which resulted in multiple patents.
